Can I cancel or change my order?

As we aim to process orders as quickly as possible, please contact us immediately via email at help@krapbeauty.com with your order number. We will try our best to help if the order has not yet been dispatched.

What is your return period?

If you are not completely satisfied with your order we can offer either a refund or exchange providing that goods are returned to us within 14 days of purchase.

Please note, that you will be responsible for the costs of returning the items to us unless we delivered the item to you in error.

What are your shipping options and costs?

We offer the following shipping options within the UK:

  • Standard: £3.99
  • Express: £5.99
  • Free: Free for orders of £39.00 and up.

How do my reward points/loyalty benefits work?

If you are registered in our loyalty program, you can check your points and available rewards in your account area or through the program widget on the site.

Where do you ship to?

We currently only ship within the United Kingdom (UK).

What if I entered a wrong or incomplete address?

KRAP BEAUTY cannot be held responsible for lost parcels if an incorrect or incomplete delivery address was entered. If the parcel is returned to us, you will be responsible for any additional shipping charges for redelivery. If you prefer a refund instead, the original shipping cost will be deducted.

Do you send free samples with orders?

Yes, we aim to include free samples with every order, though specific product requests may not always be accommodated.
