Return and refund policy

If you've changed your mind or are unhappy with your purchase, simply email us at help@krapbeauty.com with your order number and details. We’ll be happy to help you with a return or exchange in line with the policy below.

Return Conditions

We accept returns within 14 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return, items must be:

- Unopened, unused, and in their original packaging

- In the same condition as received

- Accompanied by proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation)

Once your return is approved, we’ll send instructions on how and where to send your parcel.
Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Refunds

After receiving and inspecting your return, we’ll let you know if the refund has been approved.
If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that processing times may vary depending on your bank or card provider.

If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, please contact us at help@krapbeauty.com.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on opened or used cosmetic products, unless they are faulty.

Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us immediately at help@krapbeauty.com with your order number and photos of the issue.
We’ll arrange a replacement or refund as soon as possible.

Free Gifts & Samples

If your order included a free gift or sample, it must also be returned in order to process a refund.
We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.

Wrong or Incomplete Addresses

If an incorrect or incomplete delivery address was entered during checkout, KRAP BEAUTY cannot be held responsible for lost parcels.
If the parcel is returned to us, you will be responsible for any additional shipping charges for redelivery.
If you prefer a refund instead, the original shipping cost will be deducted.

Exchanges

The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the product (if eligible), and once your return is approved, make a new purchase.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

Customers within the European Union have the right to cancel or return their order within 14 days of delivery, for any reason and without justification.
The item must meet the same eligibility requirements listed above.
